1. Order Processing Time
- Standard Processing: We strive to process all orders within 1 – 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting on the next business day.
- Order Cut – off Time: Orders received before 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time on a business day will be prioritized for same – day processing. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
- Processing Delays: In some cases, such as high – volume sales periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday), product availability issues, or unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay in order processing. If we anticipate a significant delay (more than 3 business days), we will notify you via email with an updated estimated processing time.
2. Shipping Destinations
- Domestic Shipping: We currently offer shipping within the United States, including all 50 states, as well as to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. Currently, we offer shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most countries in the European Union. Please note that during checkout, if your country is not listed as an available shipping destination, we are unable to ship to your location at this time.
- Restricted Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for shipping.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
3.1 Domestic Shipping

- Estimated Delivery Time: 3 – 7 business days from the date of shipment. This time frame includes transit time, which may vary depending on your location within the United States.

75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
- Expedited Shipping:
- Carrier: We partner with FedEx for expedited domestic shipping.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2 – 3 business days from the date of shipment.
- Cost: The cost for expedited shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. The estimated cost will be displayed during checkout.
- Next – Day Shipping:
- Carrier: We use UPS for next – day domestic shipping.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Guaranteed delivery within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of shipment, provided the order is placed before the cut – off time of 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time on a business day.
- Cost: Next – day shipping is available at a premium rate. The cost is calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination and will be shown during checkout.
3.2 International Shipping
- Standard International Shipping:
- Carrier: We use DHL for standard international shipping to most of our international destinations.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7 – 14 business days from the date of shipment. However, please note that this is only an estimate, and delivery times may be affected by customs clearance procedures, which can vary by country.
- Cost: International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping destination, and any applicable customs duties and taxes. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Please be aware that you, the customer, are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. These fees are not included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout.
- Express International Shipping:
- Carrier: We offer express international shipping through FedEx for some international destinations.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3 – 5 business days from the date of shipment. Again, customs clearance procedures can impact the actual delivery time.
- Cost: Express international shipping rates are higher than standard international shipping rates. The cost is determined by the weight of your order, the shipping destination, and is calculated and shown during checkout. You are also responsible for any customs – related fees.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email will contain important details such as the shipping carrier, your tracking number, and a link to track the progress of your shipment.
- Order Tracking: For domestic and international shipments, you can track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email. 5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If the package is confirmed to be lost, we will either reship your order at no additional cost or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
- Damaged Packages: If you receive a package that is damaged, please take photos of the damaged package and its contents immediately. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the package, and provide us with the photos and details of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged items or issue a partial refund, depending on the extent of the damage. Please do not discard the damaged package or its contents until we have instructed you to do so, as the shipping carrier may require inspection.
